In his report Mr. Mansfield talked about the difficulties that the site owners typically face, about the general site usability problems, and what the site main goals are. The next spokesperson was Vladislav Zhovtenko, the WorldAPP company representative. Vladislav held a more detailed site usability analysis and emphasized the main points one should pay attention to.   According to Vladislav’s recommendations every site owner should make sure that on opening the site every visitor can clearly answer 3 questions: where am I, what can I do, why should I do it.
