Bold Endeavours Group offers 0% credit, 2 year terms, on custom built software
Pre-Crunch it was hard enough to get loans for software and on custom built software development, it was virtually impossible. Today it is even harder.
The problem - custom software is an asset to your business, but it is not a realisable asset for a Bank. Banks won’t lend on anything that cannot be sold in a fire sale.
Looking at the number of companies with a great need but little chance of raising funds, innovative Software and Web Development house Bold Endeavours decided to offer credit terms.
Derek Mansfield, President of Bold Endeavours said “To be honest, I got bored with being in a recession, and tired watching Banks continuing to help themselves and not their customers. So I decided to help my customers get the software they need to help their businesses. We ask for 20% of the build cost up front and the remainder over 24 months. There is no interest or credit charge payable.”
Asked if it was working, Mansfield continued “Unquestionably. We have a line of ready-to-go-software products under our Big Easy brand and we have some interesting custom software developments from small to medium businesses.”
Bold Endeavours Group is headquartered in London with production in Kiev and further sales offices in the USA.
Mansfield also said “We don’t offer credit to everyone – but then we’ve always been choosy about who we work with. Currently we’re working on multi lingual developements for companies in Australia, India, Germany, Portugal, Ukraine, Russia, China, the USA and UK. Interestingly, businesses in Eastern Europe and China seem even more determined to win market share than their British or American counterparts.”
